This is a scam, one big scam. I chose a date of 9 January 2023 for my tickets and did payments. However, the receipt comes with date of 22 January 2023 as the flight date. Then 9 January 2023 is conveniently put as 'due date for payment. Upon trying to change to my required date withing 10 minutes of payment they were charging me even more. On trying to cancel they refunded me R180 after I had paid more than R64 000. This is one BIG SCAM!

I booked a flight from Manchester(UK) to Hyderabad (India) via France, Turkey, Muscat. I called to customer service twice in a phone before the travelling date to know about transit visa rules in the countries France, Turkey, Muscat. They haven't said anything when I ask, they just said look in the online. After spoken with them for the first time I checked on the website and called them again and told website says no need of transit visa. But still they are not saying anything. It is their responsibility to tell when I ask them because I'm using their service. They just said we don't know check online. As per my research online websites no need of transit visa. While booking a ticket I even paid for cancellation and change of flight also. When I started to travel on the travel day in Manchester airport they haven't allowed me to travel and stated you need transit visa to travel via France. Then again I called to customer service and spoken to them about cancellations. Then said we can't help you as your flights are confirmed. At that time I requested them to cancel at least the return flight, in return they denied that too. I paid all together 866.39 pounds. I will attach the ticket also there they haven't mentioned ticket prices or any charges. Now, I'm requesting my full refund as there is Kiwi.com responsibility when customer asks additional information they need to provide it. Please give my money back !!!

This company is the worst. Do not trust this company. I used this company to book a flight from San Francisco to Ushuaia, Argentina. I chose this company because it was the most affordable option (mistake! ) When they booked my trip they used four different airlines to get me from San Francisco to Ushuaia, Argentina (SF to Panama, Panama to Chile, Chile to Buenas Aires Argentina, Buenas aires to Ushuaia). When traveling internationally you need to check in at least 1.5 hour to 2 hr before. Kiwi booked us international trips with not enough layover time to get our bags and re check them with the new airline. We missed the connecting flight and were stuck in Buenas Aires. We called Kiwi and asked for them to help us. They charged us an additional $1300 to re book our flight. They said it was our fault for missing our flight but it was their fault booking separate flights with short layovers. When we went to the ticket counter to board our new flight that we just paid $1300 for, the airline said that our names were not on this flight and that this company booked us on an already full flight!! Yes.. i repeat, they asked us to pay additional $1300 and booked us on a flight that was completely full. I had to think quick and ended up calling my bank saying someone stole my card and to stop the payment to Kiwi. We ended up needing to buy an entire new flight directly with United Airlines. I recommend to NEVER EVER use Kiwi to book flights. Pay extra and just book with an airline directly. Absolutely awful experience. This company should be shut down. Additionally: On the way to ushuai, argentina it said the trip would take approx 30 hours to get there ... it ended up taking 57 hours and we even had to take a bus from one airport to another airport. We would get off the plane and they would update our itinerary or send us an email "im sorry you missed your flight , etc etc." happened on the way to argentina and on the way back home to SF

I bought a long plane trip with kiwi with several stops and each one day transfer protected by the kiwi.com warranty, however when I had a problem I didnt received any help. In Riyad(Saudi Arabia) they couldnt do the check in for me, while the online site of the airline was also showing error message that I must do the checking in the desks, the desks are outside the security control and in order to get to them I was forced to pay a visa for 118. This added cost was never warned and by now they refuse any compensation, under the premise that I should inform myself about if I require visa or not for my trip. But this country was not a destination of my trip, I never had any intention of visiting it and I wouldnt have required any visa if the management of the trip had worked fine allowing me to do checking online or by phone. I should add that the transfer was taking place in Saudi Arabia so as a woman travelling alone it was scary for me having to get out of the international part of the airport and entering into a country that doesnt respect the human rights of women. Apart of that, when one of the fligths was cancelled it was impossible to reach kiwi by phone, do I contacted them per written messages asking for a replacement fligth for the same day. However when they finally answered the airline had offered me a flight for one day later so their only answer was that if I had already talked with the airline they could not change the flight to offer me a better one, then I asked for a hotel room to spend the night or that they cancel the rest of the trip snd just reimburse me the money,and they also refused both, by saying that as your fligths are active we cannot offer Hotel acomodation and your fare type does not allow reimbursement . I just didnt receive any help of any kind from them.

Recently I bought a ticket from them and when my son went to the airport the rejected his ticket due to something called cabotage. Ive never in all my years of traveling have ever heard of this so I called them to ask what we could do because my son is essentially stuck and I bought the ticket from them. These jokers proceeded to tell me that its my fault because I chose the itinerary I said how is it my fault when you guys sold the ticket like this. Mind you I dont want a refund I just want to get him in another flight, then they have the raw bald headed *** nerve to tell me they can offer me another flight at full cost but get this peeps its the same exact ticket just 500.00 more I said no you sold me a *** ticket its your responsibility to fix it, they keep telling me they need proof that its their fault I said the fact that my son is not home and didnt get on a plane is proof enough but they said that I the customer would have to call the airlines and find out what happened while they would investigate and I use that word lightly because all they did was look at the itinerary and nothing more. Anyways I called the airline that first rejected the ticket and they told me the reason why its cabotage is because you cant fly and international flight into a country and then fly out of said country into the US on another international flight on the same day, who knew? I tell them all of this and these *** proceed to tell me that they still need confirmation I said so then do your jobs and get it. They accused me of making this whole thing up to get a refund mind you I never asked for a refund I asked for my son to be placed on another flight. So yesterday I called them and this time I linked the call with my son without the agent knowing and when she accused me again he cut in and told her exactly what happened. Then she said it was the airlines fault I said how when you guys sold the flight like that. So yesterday I contacted the very first airline and they said those *** never reached out about it but they will contact them. So *** you Kiwi.com

After I signed up for a flight and paid for it to through Kiwi , They sent me an email saying that the price change I need to come up with the difference. Give me Kiwi credit for $82 but the currency was in pound and was valid for one day only. I ended up losing the money and losing my trip. Its a horrible I highly recommend not to use it, and they should be sued for misinformation. They also give me itineraries without the airlines names So I had to struggle between terminals in foreign country to find out which airline Im assigned to. Agoda jumped the sharp on This airline. Buyer beware doesnt care about you And they dont stand by the product airline is a horrible, horrible place to buy ticket from

To Kiwi: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent attempt to travel, booked through your platform. This was my inaugural travel experience, and I must say, it has been utterly disappointing. I paid a substantial sum of $1400 for a flight from JFK to Nepal, and due to conflicting itineraries provided by your platform, I was denied boarding in the United States by Qatar Airlines. I also had to pay $95 of luggage in Syracuse when I had booked my flight directly from Syracuse to Kathmandu. I did not think much of the spread out itinerary until I reached JFK. This not only resulted in a considerable loss of time and effort but also left me stranded without a feasible solution. As a first-time traveler, the lack of clarity and mismanagement of the booking process has been distressing. I demand an immediate refund for the booking, considering the inconvenience and financial loss I have incurred. I expect your prompt attention to this matter. I recommend that resolve this matter amicably. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.

There was no flight that is called «fly Baghdad» Erbil to Danmark, and from Danmark to Oslo.when I arrived at the AirPort in Erbil they said no flight by that name is going for departure tonightand because of that I lost my flight from «norwigian» Oslo to Alta,Finnmark (my home town) that ticket cost me 600$ usdI had to order a new ticket that cost me 700$ usd.
